Maggie’s Linguine with Clams

Remember those commercials where the mom makes crispy rice squares, splashes some water and flour on her face and pretends it took her hours to make such a delicious treat? This simple yet delicious recipe reminds me of that. It sounds elegant but it’s actually very easy and full of flavor too!

Maggie’s Linguine with Clams

  • 1 lb linguine
  • salt

Clam Sauce

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can baby clams
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp chicken bullion
  • 1 tsp Maggie’s Seasoning

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook linguine according to package directions.
  2. Add all sauce ingredients to a saucepan. Boil and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. Pour finished clam sauce over cooked linguine and serve immediately.
