- Chicken breasts or thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
- Bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- Red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
- Olive oil
- Maggie’s Irish Potato Seasoning
- Toss chicken and vegetable pieces in olive oil.
- Alternate ingredients as you thread them on a skewer.
- Sprinkle with your favourite flavor of Maggie’s Seasoning.
- Cook for 5 – 7 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked through.
