Maggie’s Cajun Hot Wings

Maggie’s Cajun Hot Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, cut into pieces (drumette, flats, wingtips)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Maggie’s Irish Meat & Potato Seasoning – Cajun Style
  • 8 ¼” Butter squares

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash wings and pat them dry.
  3. Place wings in oil in a large bowl.
  4. Add seasoning and toss until every wing is completely covered
  5. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and place wings in a single layer.
  6. Arrange butter squares on a baking sheet between the wings.
  7. Bake wings for 30 minutes (40 minutes for larger wings) and serve piping hot.

Try them deep-fried too!
Simply fry them in oil for approximately 10-12 minutes.
Then toss them in the seasoning while they are still hot.
