- 2 lbs chicken wings, cut into pieces (drumette, flats, wingtips)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Maggie’s Irish Meat & Potato Seasoning – Cajun Style
- 8 ¼” Butter squares
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash wings and pat them dry.
- Place wings in oil in a large bowl.
- Add seasoning and toss until every wing is completely covered
- Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and place wings in a single layer.
- Arrange butter squares on a baking sheet between the wings.
- Bake wings for 30 minutes (40 minutes for larger wings) and serve piping hot.

Simply fry them in oil for approximately 10-12 minutes.
Then toss them in the seasoning while they are still hot.
