- Premium potatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- Oil for fryer/skillet
- 1 heaping tbsp Maggie’s Irish Meat and Potato Seasoning – Cajun Style
- Cut potatoes into chips or fries, however, your family prefers.
- Bring your deep fryer or skillet with a ⅕ inch of oil up to heat.
- Add potatoes and fry until deep golden brown. If pan-frying, remember to use tongs to flip as each side will need to fry separately.
- Remove browned potatoes from the oil and place them into a clean mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle Maggie’s Seasoning and toss quickly while potatoes are still hot and serve immediately.
