Maggie’s Cajun Fried Potatoes

  • Premium potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Oil for fryer/skillet
  • 1 heaping tbsp Maggie’s Irish Meat and Potato Seasoning – Cajun Style

 

  1. Cut potatoes into chips or fries, however, your family prefers.
  2. Bring your deep fryer or skillet with a ⅕ inch of oil up to heat.
  3. Add potatoes and fry until deep golden brown. If pan-frying, remember to use tongs to flip as each side will need to fry separately.
  4. Remove browned potatoes from the oil and place them into a clean mixing bowl.
  5. Sprinkle Maggie’s Seasoning and toss quickly while potatoes are still hot and serve immediately.
