Maggie’s Grilled Salmon

This simple salmon recipe is absolutely delicious! It’s packed with nutrients and healthy fats and loaded with flavor. There’s something about grilled fish that screams summer. Try it with grilled pineapple slices beside Maggie’s potatoes of course for a real crowd pleaser!

Maggie’s Grilled Salmon

  • 1 1/2 lb salmon filet
  • 3 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tbsp Maggie’s Seasoning (original or cajun)
  • 1 can of pineapple slices
  • 1 jar of maraschino cherries 
  • 2  cups brown sugar

 

  1. Mix salt, sugar, and water
  2. Place filet in a shallow container and marinate for 2 to 3  hours
  3. Drain liquid and place salmon on heavy-duty aluminum foil
  4. Cover top with Maggie’s Seasoning
  5. Add pineapple slices, cherries, and brown sugar to a small saucepan and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. 
  6. Grill salmon on medium heat and marinate while cooking.
