- 1 Can of Golden Hominy
- 2 Cubes of Chicken Bouillon
- ½ Stick of Butter or Margarine
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice
- Salt as desired
- 1 Cup of Water
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain liquid and season to taste with Maggie’s Irish Potato Seasoning.
